As stated above in this Blog the Karnataka Anna Bhagya Scheme 2023 is a scheme for BPL cardholders in Karnataka to get Free Rice Distribution upto 10KG per member under the BPL card. But due to the shortfall of Rice Supply now Karnataka, the Government Of Karnataka has decided to give 34 Rs /- Per KG amount for the remaining 5 KG. That means BPL cardholders will get 5 KG of Rice per cardholder and additional will get 170 Rs per person on the card. So if the family has 4 members and all those members’ name are present in the card then they will get 5 * 4 = 20 KG of Rice and additionally 170*4 = 680 Rs/- for the cardholders.

To Avila 34 Rs / – the BPL cardholder should do the Aadhar seeding with Bank account with same name and account number mentioned in BPL card. As of now no other documents is needed and this is effective from 10th July onwards
